The Senior Leasing Consultant position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents, utilizing professional sales and marketing techniques, and solid customer service skills to maintain high occupancy at the apartment property. Responsibilities include meeting and greeting prospective residents in a timely and friendly manner, qualifying applicants for apartments thoroughly and timely, coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move-ins, maintaining thorough and up-to-date rental files, accurately entering rental data into the computer, preparing leases and overseeing the signing of leases by new residents, assisting in monthly administrative tasks, ensuring property's paperwork is organized and complete, and interacting professionally with residents to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely payment of rents. Qualifications include 1 year of property management experience preferred, excellent sales and customer service skills, desire to work in a team setting with a company that promotes from within, and professional etiquette.
