Workforce Coordinator at Worlds of Fun summary:

The Workforce Coordinator manages employee scheduling and serves as the primary contact for employee inquiries within the FUNtime scheduling system at Worlds of Fun. Responsibilities include handling scheduling changes, documenting call offs, assisting with scheduling software questions, and ensuring effective communication between departments. This seasonal role supports workforce management and human resources functions to maintain smooth park operations.

Overview:

$16 per hour*

The Worlds of Fun Workforce Management Coordinator will primarily be responsible for being the main point of contact for employee inquiries in the scheduling office , a s well as coord in ating employee schedules and information within the FUNtime scheduling system . Must be 18+ to apply.

Specific duties may include :

  • Delivering a high level of employee service for employees with scheduling concerns both in person and over the phone.
  • Document ing and notify ing departments of employee call offs and sick time usage.
  • Assist ing employee s with FUNtime , UKG pro, and App questions.
  • Revis ing daily department schedules due to staffing changes, labor shortages, or other interruptions.
  • Compil ing information, such as open shift reports, staffing details, or associate data.
  • Communicat ing effectively with departments and team members to ensure smooth operations .
  • Assist ing in Employment and Human R esources duties, as needed.
  • Maintain ing a well-organized and professional office environment.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the Workforce Management Specialist and Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
