We're seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to help lead our clinic's operations with confidence, compassion, and clarity. Your Role: As Practice Manager, you'll be at the heart of the clinic's success-balancing staff management, client experience, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing day-to-day clinic operations Managing scheduling, payroll, and inventory Supporting hiring, training, and team development Collaborating with the owner to meet practice goals Ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns Promoting a positive, accountable, and growth-focused culture What We're Looking For: Experience as a veterinary technician or medical practice manager (or assistant manager ready to grow) Strong leadership and communication skills Comfort with veterinary software and administrative tasks Proactive problem solver and detail-oriented mindset Passion for animals and team empowerment Why the Greater Frazier Mountain Area in California?
