Job Description

National Corporate Housing is seeking a driven and adaptable Campus Recruiter specializing in university and college relations, focusing on fostering partnerships between National Corporate Housing and academic institutions. This role is ideal for a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition professional who thrives on building strong relationships, navigating career fairs, college competitions, and maintaining our core values.

Expectations for Success:

  • Developing Partnerships : Build and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to establish partnerships. Collaborate with faculty, career services offices, and student organizations to understand the institution's culture, programs, and student demographics.
  • Promote Employer Brand : Promote the organization's brand and employment opportunities to students, faculty, and staff at target universities and colleges. Organize and participate in career fairs, networking events, and information sessions to raise awareness of the company and available positions.
  • Campus Outreach and Engagement : Engage with students through various outreach activities such as classroom presentations, workshops, and industry panels. Facilitate intern hiring, co-op opportunities, and company-sponsored projects to provide hands-on experience to students.
  • Talent Acquisition : Actively source and recruit students for internships, co-op programs, entry-level positions, and other career opportunities within the organization. Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for available roles.
  • Internship and Recruitment Programs : Develop and manage internship and recruitment programs tailored to the needs of both the organization and the academic institution. This includes designing program structures, coordinating logistics, and evaluating program effectiveness.
  • Tracking and Reporting : Track recruitment metrics, such as applicant flow, conversion rates, and diversity statistics, to measure the effectiveness of the university and college relations efforts. Compile reports and provide insights to management to inform future recruitment strategies.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and senior leadership. Liaise between the organization and academic institutions to ensure alignment of recruitment goals and strategies.
