Our Air Desk Specialists of Boca Express Travel need to possess excellent customer service and sales skills, decisive and successful problem-solving skills, a strong knowledge of geography – domestic and international destination knowledge, and a passion for detail with special talents for understanding complex international itineraries, multiple global carriers, wholesale versus contract and published, as well as, have a level head when working with customers and colleagues. Patience, flexibility, friendly and cheerful personality are a must to be successful in this role.

Job Responsibilities

• Complete travel reservations from their initial request to completion including air, car, hotel, tour, and or cruise components.
• Be a Travel Consultant and provide an excellent customer service experience
• Listen and guide the conversation to solve problems in a timely manner with all types of customers in all circumstances
• Handle ticketing, adjustments, exchanges & queue management
• Excellent phone and customer service skills including
• Embrace new technology and ways of working that promote flexibility to adjust quickly to shifting needs of the business
• Advise clients of visa and passport requirements as pertains to their travel

Job qualifications:

• At least 3 years recent, native GDS experience on Sabre
• Must be very organized, detail oriented, and display proactive problem solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Word
• Experience arranging domestic and international travel for clients; setting up PNR's, ticketing, and exchanging tickets
• Be responsive to client's needs and issue resolution with excellent communication and follow up
• Ability to retain composure and remain positive under pressure
• Ability to think outside the box to offer the best options

Salary is based on experience.
