Kowalski's and Starbucks offer a combined training program that is devoted to supporting, engaging, and investing in the development of our baristas and emerging leaders. Our hands-on training approach thoroughly educates baristas on how to perform their jobs safely and efficiently.


The ideal candidate will have the ability to create a meaningful and helpful environment by showing our customers appreciation with kind service. Key attributes in this position will include building right relationships with coworkers through transparent communication and teamwork.


Memorization plays a key role for creating drink consistency and customer retention. Our baristas are making blended coffees and refreshments using Starbucks recipes following a unique creation sequence.


Qualifications


Requirements:

• Flexible to schedule between 20 and 25 hours per week
• Available afternoons and evenings
• Available weekends, and holidays
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Interest in preparing coffee and refreshments
• Handling food according to state health codes
• Have an interest in product knowledge to support exceptional customer service
• Teamwork
• Maintain drink consistencies with the interest in learning new recipes
• Work in an energetic and face-paced environment
• Must have the ability to be organized and clean
