Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a dedicated, experienced, Bilingual (English/Spanish) High-Volume Recruiter to join our team for an internal role in the Houston Heights area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for manufacturing and labor roles, with a focus on high-volume positions that can muti-task. This role is crucial in ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to meet our operational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for manufacturing and labor roles.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a large pool of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and create job postings.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Conduct background checks and verify references.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to find and attract candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in manufacturing or labor roles.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is necessary as you will be speaking with full Spanish speakers.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
