Role overview

As our Solutions Consultant, you will be at the forefront of Breww’s ambitious growth strategy to further develop and expand into the US market (currently at 100 USA breweries)! As our first Solution Consultant hire, you will play a key role in assisting to develop and execute a comprehensive market strategy, establish key partnerships, build brand awareness and pave the way to deliver scalable growth throughout the territory. The growth potential is extremely exciting as we expand our US customer base, establish a physical presence and further cement Breww as the right choice for all breweries.

You will partner with Sales Executives to deliver impactful product demonstrations and craft tailored solutions to align with client needs. Collaborating across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, you’ll play a vital role in showcasing the value of our platform. You’ll do this by shaping product development, enhancing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring a successful handover to Customer Success.

What you’ll be doing

  • Drive revenue: Partner with Sales to deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing value and driving deals.
  • Ensure client success: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Business Development, Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to understand client needs, craft tailored solutions, and ensure successful product adoption.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding: Actively participate in client onboarding, providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Contribute to product innovation: Contribute to product development by providing feedback and insights to the Product team.
  • Develop compelling messaging: Assist Product Marketing in developing compelling messaging and delivering engaging product demonstrations.
  • Enable customer success: Support the Customer Success and Enablement team with best-practice demonstration outlines and methodology.
  • Empower sales teams: Help to onboard new Sales Executives by providing training on products and internal systems
  • Whilst working within US hours: Manage Technical demonstrations with all customers in North America and some within the rest of the world

What we’re looking for:

Must have:

  • Experience or Enthusiasm for the brewery Industry: A strong interest in the drink sector, ideally supported by experience working with brewery software.
  • Technical Acumen: Two or more years in a technical role with the ability to come up-to-speed on technologies quickly
  • Pre-sales and collaboration expertise: Proven ability to deliver tailored product demos and support cross-functional sales deals
  • Communication & presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value to diverse audiences.
  • Commercial insight: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align client needs with platform capabilities, setting realistic expectations.
  • Customer-centric approach: Passionate about customer success and ROI.
  • Feedback forward: Generous with feedback and receptive to feedback with an eagerness to learn.
  • Data-driven decision-making & Proactive problem-solving: Analytical thinker who uses data to inform decisions and can anticipate challenges to find solutions.
  • Adaptability and Results-driven: Ability to respond to evolving market demands, focusing on achieving measurable outcomes.

About the Opportunity:

  • $70,000 - $90,000 Basic Salary depending on experience.
  • Uncapped monthly performance-based commission (OTE potential between $100,000 - $120,000).
