Position Summary
The Senior Brand Manager, Strategy will be an integral member of the Shave business unit responsible for developing a robust strategy and execution in support of building strong brands and strong team. Planning and executing the short-term and long- term strategic roadmaps, this critical role will be responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of all strategic and tactical consumer-marketing activities to enhance the growth and profitability for our brands by leading the mining of consumer insights that create a sustainable competitive advantage. Primary responsibilities will include establishing brand strategies and achieving business goals, digital and social media, pricing, and reporting. Working closely and collaboratively with activation peers, drive and support digital transformation initiatives including owning the retail media strategy. This position requires consistent cross-functional collaboration with brand marketing teammates, sales, finance, agency partners, internal consumer-touchpoint stakeholders , and supply chain among others. The ideal candidate will embody an entrepreneurial approach where this individual owns the business and disrupts the category.

The salary range for this position is $144,000 - $180,000. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
