Qualifications:

• Active LNA (Licensed Nurse Assistant) license
• Experience in providing individual support, particularly in educational settings
• Familiarity with specialized care practices, including:
  • Trach and G-tube management
  • Ventilator support
  • Seizure care and diabetic care
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff and students
• Patience and adaptability in responding to diverse student needs

Location:

Concord, NH

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one care to students with medical requirements
• Assist with daily living activities, including toileting and hygiene
• Support students during transportation as needed
• Collaborate with educational staff to facilitate academic assistance
• Maintain clear and professional communication regarding student needs and progress
