Summary Of Duties
As the Recruiting Coordinator at Advantage SCI, youll play a crucial role in human resources supporting and facilitating the hiring process. The Recruiting Coordinator streamlines the hiring process, improving candidate experience and assisting the company in meeting hiring objectives. The Recruiting Coordinator acts as a bridge between the company and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process and maintaining communication between all parties involved.
Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
Handles interview coordination; schedules interviews between candidates and hiring managers; manages calendars; manages communication between all parties.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Provides timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensures job descriptions are accurate and appealing and posts them on various job boards and the company websites.
Identifies and attracts qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
Reviews/Prepares offer letters, and other onboarding materials for new hires.
Tracks recruitment metrics and generates reports for hiring managers or management review.
Ensures adherence to relevant recruitment policies and procedures, and employment laws.
Assists in the development and implementation of recruitment marketing strategies.
Ensures a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
Required Experience
Minimum Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have a Bachelors degree
4 years of experience supporting recruitment function.
Government contracting experience desired.
Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.
Working Conditions
Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis
Able to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
Noise level: Low to moderate
