Job Description The Sales Consultant is responsible for maximizing Rv sales and profit while maintaining the highest possible level of customer satisfaction. He or she must have excellent people skills, product knowledge, and sales experience and/or skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

Able to meet and continue to meet manufacturers' training requirements. Previous sales/marketing experience preferred. Professional appearance and customer orientated attitude. Valid in-state driver's license with acceptable driving record according to dealership guidelines. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff. Able to work both indoors and outdoors for extended periods, which will include exposure to ambient heat and cold, sun, rain, snow, and other weather conditions. Able to work a flexible schedule and varying hours, which will include morning, evening, weekend, and holiday work. RESPONSIBILITIES Provides customer service by answering questions and helping customers select a Rv that fits their needs Maintains up-to-date knowledge on new products, features, and accessories available and translates them into benefits for Dealership customers Prepares sold vehicles for customer pick-up, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operational features Negotiates vehicle price with the aid and at the direction of Sales Management Follows up with previous customers for referrals and future sales Safely drives vehicles of all sizes with both manual and automatic transmissions
