Electronics Power Tester - $14-$16/Hour - Full-Time - Houston, PA

Express Employment Professionals is actively hiring Power Testers for a leading electronics manufacturing company in Houston, PA . This is a full-time, evaluation-to-hire opportunity with competitive hourly pay and excellent benefits upon permanent hire.

As a Power Tester , you will be responsible for conducting performance tests on circuit boards , electronic components , and wiring systems to ensure quality and compliance. This role is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail, a mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to work in a production and testing environment.

💼 Job Responsibilities:

• Perform testing on circuit boards , wiring harnesses, and related electronic components
• Follow daily production schedules and meet quality standards
• Calibrate , maintain, and perform minor repairs on test equipment
• Operate testing machinery and interpret testing parameters
• Analyze and record test results to determine product acceptance or rejection
• Assist with final quality control checks prior to product release
• Complete accurate documentation and data entry for all testing procedures
• Support and train new testers as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards
• Use PPE and adhere to all workplace safety and housekeeping policies

✅ Qualifications:

• Basic math and measurement skills
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Competence in using electronic calculators and basic data entry
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail
• Willing to work with tools and test equipment in various conditions
• Strong commitment to safety and quality

📅 Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

💵 Pay Rate:

$14 - $16 per hour (based on experience)
