Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) for 10–15 awesome clients.
• Strategizing, launching, and optimizing campaigns that actually deliver results (and client smiles).
• Collaborating with designers, account managers, and clients to ensure everyone's aligned and excited.
• Regularly reviewing data, providing insights, and recommending actions to smash performance targets.
• Keeping clients updated with clear weekly communications and insightful monthly and quarterly reports.
• Partnering with our creative team to produce top-notch ad content.

Your First 90 Days at Linear:

Week 1: Get to know our amazing team and culture. We'll introduce you to all things Linear.

Weeks 2-4: Dive into our proven methods and best practices while shadowing our experts.

Months 2-3: Start owning your client accounts and driving big results.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years managing paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads), with budgets exceeding $100K monthly.
• Experience juggling multiple clients (agency background highly preferred).
• Exceptional organization, detail-oriented mindset, and solid communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and a passion for continually improving results.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Bonus points for being genuinely excited about digital marketing.
