Job Description

Job TITLE: OSB/JAVA

Location: San Francisco, CA

Term: Contract

Skills:

  1. Provide production support for the exchange and medical partner business troubleshooting, review logs, review/update configuration, make minor modifications to handle different situations as necessary.
  2. Develop OSB pipelines to support new business requirements and partners work on multiple partner requirements simultaneously; make sound technical design and implementation decisions based on scenarios and prior experience.
  3. Handle OSB and Java components, perform database operations in PL-SQL, and collaborate with Infrastructure teams for testing and troubleshooting.
  4. Work with Business Analysts to review and implement EDI-related changes, clarify questions, and incorporate changes to support business interactions.
  5. Collaborate with technical team members for design/code reviews, follow change control processes to ensure quality code deployment.
  6. Maintain source code control and versioning with strict adherence to check-in/check-out processes.
  7. Work with offshore teams to clarify requirements, support code development, and contribute to best practices.

Experience:

  1. Required: Working knowledge of Oracle OSB (Oracle Service Bus) Fusion Middleware and Oracle WebLogic server.
  2. Required: Programming in Java and Oracle PL-SQL.
  3. Preferred: Ability to read and interpret EDI specifications, develop mapping routines based on specifications.
  4. Preferred: Experience with EDIFECS or similar toolkit for creating routes, developing mappings, troubleshooting, and log analysis.
  5. Strong experience with JMS, J2EE, XML, XSD, XQuery, XSLT, XPath, SOAP, WSDL.
  6. Working knowledge of core Java/JDBC/data sources and java callouts for OSB integration.
  7. Experience with large volume file processing and high-volume data loads.
  8. Familiarity with JDBC, data sources, and Eclipse for OSB development.
  9. Team player, capable of working seamlessly with different teams.
  10. Multi-tasking skills to handle multiple projects and priorities.
