Join to apply for the Oracle HCM Cloud Principal Consultant role at Infosys 4 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Job Description Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Principal Consultant with multiple implementations/support experience , covering all Core HCM functional activities. This position’s primary responsibility will be to work as a team member on the AMS program. The Principal Consultant must function as a team member and participate in all phases of the SDLC. They should have a fundamental understanding of software/systems analysis, design, and performance principles, and be able to discuss technical issues with client stakeholders, developing technical recommendations. Responsibilities include maintenance, patching, upgrades, reporting activities, and process improvements. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; three years of relevant experience can substitute for each year of education. At least 11+ years of relevant IT experience. Willingness to relocate or commute to Atlanta, GA; travel within the US may be required. Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Global Human Resources Cloud, Talent Management Cloud, Compensation Management, and Recruiting Cloud. At least 2 end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud HR modules. Strong knowledge of HR practices within Oracle Fusion, including customizations. Experience with integrating Fusion applications using web services, REST APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud. Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Experience with US Utility companies and related regulations. Oracle Implementation certification in relevant modules. Familiarity with other ERP systems and Oracle Cloud applications. The role involves working at a computer for extended periods and may require travel. Effective communication via phone, email, or face-to-face is essential.
