Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists (OT) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to join our team near Cumberland, IN. This role provides an excellent opportunity to support students in K-12 educational settings, focusing on enhancing their functional independence and academic participation. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy interventions to support students academic and functional skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create effective therapy plans that address sensory, motor, and cognitive needs.
• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and measure progress.
• Provide direct therapy services and document all sessions and progress accurately.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and accommodations.

Qualifications:

• OT: Masters or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy and Indiana OT license.
• COTA: Associates or Bachelor'sdegree in Occupational Therapyand Indiana COTA license.
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
