Full service international law firm seeks talented Corporate Transactional Paralegal to join their Century City team. Corporate Paralegal will handle all aspects of corporate transactional work and deal formation. Corporate Paralegal must have at least 4 years of corporate transactional experience at a law firm or corporate legal department. Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate is required. Corporate Paralegal must have private equity, stock administration, M&A, financing, and securities experience. Firm offers hybrid work schedule, full benefits package and competitive salary.
