POSITION:
Reporting to the Executive Operations Pastor, the IT Director will have the primary responsibility of creating a safe and effective IT infrastructure so that we can lead people to become fully engaged followers of Jesus. This is a part-time position with the potential to become a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
Network Infrastructure and Security
Create a safe and effective network; identify and troubleshoot network problems.
Help manage security to maintain ITIL standards for a medium environment.
End-User Support
Maintain and deploy end-user computers, printers, and telecom systems.
Be the staff’s first point of contact for software and hardware issues; respond daily to ticket requests through a ticketing system.
Oversee ordering, inventorying, and the disposal of hardware and software.
Provide IT support and leadership for global special events, productions, and services (e.g. Easter, Christmas, Conferences, etc.)
Skills and Qualifications:
High competency in the support, development, design, and implementation of computer-based information systems.
Demonstrates project management, time management, and collaboration skills.
Innovative thinking to plan and implement new systems.
Confident in handling confidential matters with integrity and excellence.
Adaptable to change and handles it positively.
Team player fostering openness, cooperation, communication, and unity among leadership and staff.
Demonstrates ability to anticipate problems and embrace problem-solving.
Effective communicator with proven written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Able to fluidly shift from ‘big picture’ thinking to detailed execution.
Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Administrator, Google IT Professional, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.

Time Commitment:
Part-Time Staff are expected to work 29 hours per week.
Full-Time Staff are expected to work at least 40 hours per week as directed, including weekends or after regular business hours.
Participate in weekly Staff Family Gatherings, monthly Staff Chapels, and other all-staff events and services throughout the year.
