Flex Security Officer - Nevada Drivers License Required - Full Time Location: Henderson, NV
Rate: $17.00/HR - (Opportunity For Overtime & Growth!!)
**Weekend Availability Needed & Will Be Stationed At Various Site Locations**

In this role you will provide operational support to our cliental. Flex Officers will gain a broad, specialized knowledge of various high-profile posts & will be evaluated for leadership & further growth potential.
Flex Security Officer Objectives: - Provide security for short-term special security assignments.
- Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc.
- Assist in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site & training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.
- Weekend and holiday availability needed.
- Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests.

Flex Security Officer Requirements: - 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma OR GED.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Previous Military & / OR Law Enforcement experience a plus!!
- Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, & have a strong work ethic.
- Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Must be able to conduct foot & / OR mobile patrols throughout shift - during various weather conditions.
- Must be able to stay alert & have great attention to detail.
- Must be comfortable conducting access control duties.
- Nevada guard card required.
- Nevada driver license required.
- Will need to be available to work day, swing, and / or grave shifts.
- Will need to have own vehicle - officer will be traveling all around the Las Vegas area to different sites to cover different shits.
- Must be a team player.
