A leading home improvement and remodeling company is seeking an experienced and motivated Field Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have about 10 years of experience in construction with extensive knowledge and hands on production in all aspects of residential home remodeling. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Hire, train, and manage multiple crews and subcontractors, coordinating with them to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations, and oversee job site quality control.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction, making quick decisions to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
• Review contracts with customers for accuracy and assist with the preparation of material lists for advance ordering.
• Maintain clear and open communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status and ensuring their expectations are met.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards, overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in residential remodeling construction.
• Proven experience as a Field Manager, Construction Supervisor, or similar role in residential construction remodeling.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
