Full -service charity auction management company, located in Industry City, is seeking to hire a Temp to Perm Executive Assistant. This position will start ASAP, require 5 days in office. Hours 9:00am-5:00pm, availability for OT outside of business hours. This role requires travel at least 1x/month outside of NYC. Responsibilities: Provide seamless and proactive executive support to the CEO Complex calendar management Arrange CEO travel and staff travel (hotel, flights, rental cars) Manage general communications (writing and editing emails, answering phone calls, meeting management, etc) Manage and prioritize CEO's inbox and tasks Accounting duties, including expense reports and managing and tracking financial accounts Provide sales support to the CEO, tracking and organizing upcoming events Act as on-site staff for select local and non-local events Coordinate with staff and business affiliates Additional and wide-ranging tasks as needed, including office management, company-wide projects and communication Qualifications: 1+ years administrative experience supporting and individual or team in a fast-paced environment Degree highly preferred Written and verbal communication skills Sales Process Interest Microsoft Office applications Must be smart, mature and discrete High attention to detail, excellent communication and efficiency Written and verbal communication skills Time management General technology understanding (hardware, printers, personal tech, employee software) Organizational skills and multitasking ability Interpersonal skills Creative problem solving Compensation/Benefits: DOE 65K - 75K base Medical, pre-tax commuter, IRA w/ employer contribution, PTO (10 vacation, 5 personal/sick time), holidays Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
