**Customer Experience Manager**
Remote - Salt Lake City, UT **Job Description:**
The Customer Experience Managers main responsibility is to onboard new customers and help assist existing customers to implement new features or improve operations. In this role, you will provide the highest level of customer service to our subscribers. The ability to anticipate customer needs and implement solid solutions derived from multiple information sources is crucial to meeting and exceeding customer service objectives and communicating accurate information. This position reports to our Director of Supply Chain Technologies and will work closely with our WarehouseOS Integration Team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Manage the implementation project of new customers once the sales team has a contract signed
* Provide training and general onboarding of new customers
* Help manage projects of existing customers that want to use WarehouseOS to improve operations
* Respond to support requests and other customer facing tasks
* Reach out to existing customers and help implement new features to keep them current
* Help maintain documentation in response to requests to keep documentation current
* Become familiar with WarehouseOS in order to provide answers to customer support questions
* Occasional travel for team meetings or to be on-site with customers as needed
Required Experience and Skills:
* Excellence in communication and customer-facing skills
* Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to organize
* Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and shift priorities as directed
* Ability to translate technical requirements into easy-to-follow instructions
* Ability and desire to learn new technologies and requirements
* Ability to stay on schedule and produce results in a timely manner
* Motivation to take on a project and see it to completion
* Experience with project management principles
* Ability to apply technical standards, principles, theories and techniques
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field or currently enrolled in a degree program
* Background in supply chain and warehouse management preferred
* 1+ year technical or IT experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
* Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
* Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
Environment and Opportunities:
Implementations and integration work is dependent on the needs of active clients and most work is considered semi-urgent once the client commits to requirements. Reasonable flexibility in working hours and remote working environments can be possible if communication stays active, progress is maintained, and deadlines are met.
