SPONSORSHIP: This opportunity is intended for conversion to a full-time role that will not offer work authorization sponsorship in the future (full-time conversion pending performance evaluation post internship and available headcount). The Team:

Commercial Organization

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in formatting and updating Word documents using the established styles in the Amplify Word template to ensure consistency across program materials.
  • SharePoint management, ensuring all documents and assets are properly stored and accessible to the team.
  • Draft and send professional emails to stakeholders and team members, ensuring clear communication regarding program updates and timelines.
  • Support the management and maintenance of a custom dashboard, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
  • Update existing Excel spreadsheets with relevant information and ensure all details are current and properly formatted.
  • Take notes during meetings and document project details, ensuring key takeaways and action items are clearly recorded.
  • Adhere to strict deadlines and help ensure timely completion of tasks related to the Amplify Program.
  • Coordinate and manage the submission process for Partner Newsletter articles, ensuring all content is properly formatted and posted on time.
  • Handle article formatting and posting in SharePoint, ensuring proper alignment with program standards and timelines.
  • Work closely with various teams to ensure smooth communication and project flow, assisting in the execution of the Amplify Program Guide Refresh.
  • Project management and other special projects as needed
Education and Experience Required (Objective Minimum Qualifications):
•Currently enrolled in a four-year college and returning to school following the internship.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills (Preferred Qualifications):
•Experience with SharePoint and content management systems.
•Familiarity with project management tools

•Strong writing skills, with experience drafting professional emails and documents.
•Experience with Excel functions and spreadsheet management.
•Familiarity with creating and formatting newsletters or similar content.

The pay range for this position is $23 to $28 per hour (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
