Job Description

Our client is a reputable construction company specializing in commercial projects. They are seeking a Project Superintendent to supervise day-to-day field construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and with superior quality. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision: Oversee day-to-day field construction activities, ensuring work is completed on schedule -and within budget.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a constantly safe, clean, and orderly work site.
• Compliance: Ensure all aspects of the project comply with all contractual terms and obtain all required inspections.
• Documentation: Document project progress daily.
• Leadership: Provide leadership and establish/maintain good working relationships with customers and subcontractors.
• Teamwork: Promote teamwork and positive morale among the crew.
• Policy Enforcement: Enforce company policies consistently
• Submittals & Change Orders

• Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient use of email and other basic computer programs.
• Self-Motivation: Be self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of keeping the project on schedule.
• Travel: All Travel within the Akron, Cleveland, & Canton Area
• Licensing: Possess a current driver"s license (subject to verification).
• Budget Understanding: Understanding of project budgets.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
