Job Description

We’re hiring a Community Outreach Assistant – Entry Level to support our team in organizing local events, building awareness for nonprofit initiatives, and strengthening community relationships.

This is a great role for someone looking to gain real-world experience in public outreach, event support , and grassroots marketing . No previous experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship .

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and delivery of local outreach events and awareness campaigns

• Distribute informational materials and engage with community members in a respectful and friendly manner

• Represent our clients—nonprofits and socially responsible brands—at public events and tabling opportunities

• Share key campaign messages and help educate the public on relevant community causes

• Track engagement metrics and collect feedback from attendees

• Support event setup, breakdown, and onsite coordination to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• No prior outreach or nonprofit experience required — entry-level applicants welcome

• Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with the public

• Friendly, reliable, and motivated to make a positive impact

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus

• Available to work a flexible schedule , including some evenings and weekends

• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
