About the Role
The Company is seeking a CEE Finance Director to join its leadership team. The successful candidate will be a key partner in the organization's financial strategy, working closely with the Regional Managing Director, Group CFO, and other senior executives. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality financial services for the commercial, supply chain, and production business units, and will have a significant influence on the company's reorganization and long-term growth plans. Responsibilities include driving major business decisions related to revenue growth, pricing strategies, and profitability enhancements, as well as leading the finance function for the region, providing essential financial guidance, and maintaining robust internal control systems. The ideal candidate for the CEE Finance Director position at the company will have a strong business acumen, international experience in business finance, and a background in a similar role within an international FMCG, sales, or production company. Extensive experience in financial control, forecasting, financial modeling, and developing business recommendations is essential. The role requires a proactive, hands-on, solution-oriented individual with a keen eye for detail, strong strategic thinking, and excellent analytical abilities. The candidate should also have a proven track record as a people manager, with exceptional leadership, team building, and change management skills. Fluency in English and Polish is a must, and the ability to provide clear leadership and exceptional communication is highly valued.
