Appointment Setter (Commission-Only) — Nívana Concierge Health
$RETAINER POSSIBILITY AFTER 1 month
Location: Remote (U.S. Based Preferred)
Compensation: Commission-Only | OTE $100K–$250K | Performance-Based Retainer Potential After Month 1

The Role:
We’re looking for a high-performance Appointment Setter to manage and qualify inbound leads, set high-quality appointments for our clinical closers, and support daily sales operations. You’ll be the first touchpoint for leads from paid ads, email funnels, quizzes, and social channels.
You must be motivated, hungry, and proactive — with strong phone and online communication skills, a passion for wellness, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
Responsibilities:
Inbound Lead Follow-Up : Respond quickly to incoming leads from ads, opt-ins, and quizzes — via SMS, email, and phone.
Appointment Setting : Qualify prospects, schedule optimization calls, and ensure calendar attendance with clear hand-off to closers.
Triage Calls : Perform brief qualification calls when needed to confirm lead quality.
Daily Pipeline Movement : Update statuses, trigger automations, and keep GHL CRM pipeline current.
Slack Communication : Coordinate with closers and clinical team daily.
B2B & Affiliate Sales Support : Participate in affiliate/partner strategies and support lead flow from collabs.
Outbound Prospecting (Optional) : LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold DMing to generate new pipeline (support available).

Driven : You want to earn $10K–$20K+ per month and are willing to work to get there.
On-Point Communicator : Confident on the phone and written chat; you speak clearly and persuasively.
Detail-Oriented : You follow scripts, track leads, and close loops like a pro.
Wellness-Curious : You’re excited by health, biohacking, fitness, or functional medicine.
Available Daily : You’re online throughout the workday and responsive via Slack.
Experienced (Preferred) : Past CRM (GHL/Close.io), LinkedIn outreach, or high-ticket setting experience is a plus.
Compensation:
100% Commission to Start — with recurring % on deals closed (up to 10%).
OTE $100K–$250K+ based on performance and volume.
Performance-Based Retainer available after 30 days.
Ongoing commissions from recurring program sales.
